Our Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return and exchange procedures work.

 

14-Day Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet these conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in brand new condition.
  • It must be in its original packaging, which must be undamaged.
  • All original parts, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from rekapashop.co.uk.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for returns that are used, incomplete, damaged, or received after the 14-day window.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, was produced incorrectly based on the accurate vehicle information you provided, or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receipt). We will work with you to arrange for an exchange, repair, or a full refund at our expense.

 

Return Process & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel it before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned through our standard return process.
