Our Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product. For us to accept the return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The original packaging must be undamaged and intact.

  • All parts belonging to the product must be complete and accounted for.

If your item meets these conditions, you can proceed with the return process.

For Defective or Incorrectly Produced Items

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, was produced incorrectly (despite you providing accurate information), or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receipt). We will arrange for an exchange, repair, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Since our roof racks are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, production begins after your order is confirmed. Generally, orders are shipped within 2 days after confirmation. If there are any unforeseen delays in production or sourcing of specific materials, we’ll notify you promptly.

Stock revisions cannot be made for products added to your cart. As long as you do not purchase the product(s) you have added to your cart, there is a possibility that they may run out of stock.
