Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our roof racks are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, which is why our return policy differs from standard, off-the-shelf products. However, we’ve updated our return procedure to give you peace of mind when you shop with us.
Return Conditions
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product. For us to accept the return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused.
The original packaging must be undamaged and intact.
All parts belonging to the product must be complete and accounted for.
If your item meets these conditions, you can proceed with the return process.
For Defective or Incorrectly Produced Items
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, was produced incorrectly (despite you providing accurate information), or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receipt). We will arrange for an exchange, repair, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
